PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This is the City's match to Maricopa County for the design and installation of fiber optics, closed circuit television and dynamic message boards along Bell Road. This project will allow the Traffic Management Center (TMC) to coordinate traffic flow in real time for Bell Road.
