PROJECT UPDATE
CURRENT PROJECT STATUS
City staff has verified that the contracts we currently have before us for construction and construction management on this project are eligible for federal stimulus monies. Now we need to approve the contracts with the Mayor and Council and move forward with construction. After closing the public bid and then processing the necessary paperwork within the city, the earliest date we could get before the Mayor and Council was November 12th. This changed the construction procurement completion date listed on last months CIP from October 30th to November 30th.

WHAT'S NEXT
Should the winning contract be approved by the Mayor and Council on November 12th, a notice to proceed will be issued by late November or early December.
