PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Design and construction of new pavement, sidewalk, bike lane, curb, gutter, streetlights, turn lanes, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) conduits, and landscaping. This project will complete Civic Center Parkway as a three lane road in each direction between Bell Road and Paradise Lane (a distance of approximately 2,100 feet). Additional improvements include drainage, signal modification at Bell Road, and a new signal at Paradise Lane.
