PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Design and construction of new pavement and drainage improvement for the subdivision located west of 219th Avenue and north of Sun Valley Parkway. The unpaved roads consist of approximately 3.27 miles. This project will include one lane in each direction and will require an approval from Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).

PROJECT UPDATE
CURRENT PROJECT STATUS
The design has reached the 60% complete milestone. Obtaining the necessary right of way (ROW) from the affected local property owners was originally expected to be complete in July; unfortunately this task has been delayed by the environmental clearance process. Obtaining the required environmental clearances is expected to last until October 2010. Upon completion of this process by ADOT, the City will proceed with obtaining the ROW from the property owners.
