PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Design, permit, and construct the reclaim water connection for the Litchfield Manor Development that will allow their Homeowners Association (HOA) to use reclaim water for irrigating the common areas and landscaping thoughout the entire development.

CURRENT PROJECT STATUS
The design documents have received all permits from the City. The project is awaiting the approval to construct (ATC) from Maricopa County. A delay in the ATC process will force the project's completion date to shift to December. |
WHAT'S NEXT
Upon receipt of the ATC, the construction will commence. The project team anticipates construction to begin by mid November. |
